FAQ: Marbella

With regards to Marbella's residents and contractors using our Main Guard House.  

Below are the proposed steps for the discussion / negotiation process:

1. 1. TKB handover of keys to Marbella's residents.

   2. Establishment of Marbella's Management Committee.

   3. Negotiate with Marbella's Management Committee on "service charge" to use our Security facilities.

Once item 1. and 2.  ready, we will try our best to negotiate the best benefits package. 

* The payment from Marbella will be used to pay 

• Security fees

• Maintenance of barrier gate

• TNB bill 

• LAP bill

• Indah Water bill

• any other bill
